Nouvelle mise à jour ProxyEPN 2.3
Publication de la version 2.3
Réalisation d'une nouvelle version, concrétisant les développements réalisés courant 2013.
Quelques corrections et améliorations, plusieurs évolutions axées notamment sur les possibilités d'interconnexions avec des outils tiers (imports, exports, synchronisations...).
